Anthony, an American filmmaker living in Amsterdam, sets out to create a film entirely generated by artificial intelligence. As inspiration grows, reality begins to fracture. Impossible skills emerge, historical figures appear and fragments of imagined worlds invade his everyday life. What begins as a creative experiment spirals into a surreal collapse of simulations, identities and control. Blending absurdist humor, meta cinema and speculative science fiction, The Edit explores authorship, consciousness and the unsettling possibility that reality itself may be nothing more than another rendering.
