FIELD OF DESIRE is an experimental animated dive into Creation and the invention of sex, told as two intertwining stories. One is a love story, a myth of the god Shiva and his first consort, Sati, narrated and sung.
The other concurrent story is a prismatic visualization of scientific ideas of Creation within the microcosmic and macrocosmic universes.
Hilarious as sex is, the passionate love affair between Matter (Sati) and Energy (Shiva) becomes a tragedy when gods and creatures fail to heed the Creation’s warning – ‘If you ever forget who I am, if you ever lose reverence for me…
