The descendants of Kenyan slaves, or the Siddis, are living through discrimination and injustice in India. They are constantly questioning their identity – belonging in neither India, nor Kenya.
David, part of the Siddi, heads to Kenya and Tanzania in hope to find his true identity and roots. Would David, who often felt lost, be able to explore and find out who he truly is? Historical tragedy has sprouted into a modern misfortune – identity crisis. What would the world say to those with countless questions?
